Maui Wedding Coordinators
Most private estates require that you have a wedding coordinator due to insurance reasons. However, you can hire a day-of coordinator or ask other vendors if their insurance can cover your event (i.e. caterer). Wedding coordinators can charge different rates--a flat rate, a percentage of all vendors booked, a percentage of vendors they book, or a combination thereof. Also note that hotels or resorts generally have their own coordinators who may or may not be willing to work with additional vendors/coordinator.

Lori offers packages as well as an easy to edit "shopping cart" option on the website. If you prefer something more custom, she also does full-planning services. For day-of, $950 for ceremony and $1500 for reception.

Jane offers full-planning services as well as day-of coordination (flat fee of $2000). Jane devotes a lot of time to her brides, booking less than one wedding per week. Also, she proudly does not do "cookie cutter" weddings.
